Molly Cartmill

Molly has over 40 years’ experience in the nonprofit, media, and energy industries. She worked in a range of roles over time, leading teams, aligning resources, developing strategy, managing hot-button social and political issues, and representing her company externally. Prior to co-founding OnPurpose [squared] she served as director of corporate citizenship at a Fortune 500 company, while also serving as chief stewardship officer of its corporate foundation.

Prior to that, she was director of CSR/corporate sustainability for almost a decade, achieving top tier ESG performance in her sector. She also served as director of internal communications, director of government relations, and director of community relations & corporate events, preceded by a range of management roles in community affairs, corporate and foundation giving, marketing, and communications.

A native Californian, Molly has a BA from San Diego State University and a MS from the University of San Diego. She has served on dozens of nonprofit boards and professional associations at the local, state, and national level and has been honored with a range of leadership awards over time.

Beatriz Palomino Young

Beatriz has over 30 years’ experience in professional sports, entertainment, and energy industries. She worked in a range of roles over time, spearheading campaigns, improving processes, reducing risk, while growing employee engagement and social impact programs. Prior to co-founding OnPurpose [squared] she served in a key corporate citizenship management role at a Fortune 500 company, also serving as executive director of its foundation.

Prior to that, she spent nearly a decade in human resources, where she developed and implemented successful employee community engagement programs, and nearly a decade in the entertainment and professional sports industry. While there, she developed branded signature programs for both the team and individual professional athletes, designing and implementing philanthropic programs.

A native Spanish speaker, Beatriz earned a BA from San Diego State University and an MBA from the University of San Diego. She also holds a Certificate in Corporate Citizenship Practice from Boston College and has served on numerous nonprofit boards and national professional councils.
